These pouch covers work like dream. They have helped prevent a rash from the plastic pouch touching my skin. They are very durable and come through the wash looking like new. The terry cloth ones do absorb water after a shower or the pool. When I was getting used to the idea of being an ostomate I started out with plain ones but now I ordered some fun ones including two of the Sassy line... they are humorous and I found some that fit my personality. Might as well smile!
